    Membership Sales Specialist - Whaler's Rest

    We are seeking a highly motivated Membership Sales Specialist to join our team in South Beach, Oregon. As a Membership Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling memberships in the thriving industry of camping.

    Your primary responsibility will be to meet membership sales targets while acting as a Goodwill Ambassador to all potential customers. You will educate and build awareness of various membership products, providing expert information on new offerings.

    This is an excellent opportunity for full or part-time RVers, as a site is provided for the Membership Sales Specialist at designated parks.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement membership awareness through welcome calls/emails, camp-in's, educational workshops, events, marketing materials, and other promotional methods.
    • Identify prospects for membership and move them through the sales cycle.
    • Understand and provide expert information on new membership products.
    • Run arrival reports to identify incoming guests for potential memberships.
    • Contact incoming guests to welcome them to the park and introduce yourself as the membership specialist.
    • Work with park staff to hand out membership materials at check-in.
    • Attend park events and Manager meetings.
    • Set appointments for membership presentations.
    • Give effective sales presentations to interested guests.
    • Curate a Hot List of top prospects for follow-up.
    • Obtain Member Referrals.
    • Responsible for corporate reporting to the Area Coordinator.
    • Attends weekly Arrival Strategy conference call and weekly Membership Information conference call.

    Experience & Skills:

    • Sales experience required.
    • BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS AND PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT WORD PROGRAMS, GOOGLE DRIVE, EMAIL, AND CLOUD-BASED SOFTWARE SALES PROGRAMS.
    • COLLABORATIVE AND DETAIL-ORIENTED WITH ENTHUSIASM AND ENERGY.
    • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND APPEARANCE.
    • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR ON PHONE, VIA EMAIL, AND IN-PERSON.
    • THRIVES IN RESULTS-ORIENTED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
    • SELF-MOTIVATED AND STRONG MULTI-TASKER.
