    We seek a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs and drive organizational success. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to attract and retain qualified candidates.

    A successful candidate must be able to:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Manage the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers.
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • Assist with other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    A successful candidate will demonstrate:

    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Sales, or similar roles.

    • This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting, computer work and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
