- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure the operating room is equipped and maintained for surgery.
- Assist surgeons and the surgical team during procedures.
- Monitor and maintain sterile field during surgery.
- Perform preoperative and postoperative duties.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
- Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
