We are Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, located in the heart of Rockland County, New York. We are a foremost provider of subacute rehab and long-term care. We are highly regarded in the community for our longstanding reputation and for providing more than four decades of quality patient care. We are poised to enter a new era of clinical excellence.
Available Shift:
Day: (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Summary of Duties:
· Assist with daily living activities.
· Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and abide by federal, state, and local long-term care requirements.
· Interact directly with our residents, providing comfort and care, monitoring vital signs, and helping with daily living needs.
· Other assigned duties
Requirements & Skills:
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Must have basic computer skills
Must have N.Y.S. Approved C.N.A Certification
Must have two years of previous experience
Experiene in LTC prefereced
Ability to work as part of a team
