Controls Technician - Grand Rapids, United States - Impact Business Group Inc

Seeking experienced Controls Technician to work on-site at a global manufacturer in the Grand Rapids area, with a focus on automation processes and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of test and assembly equipment.
• Continuous Improvement of automation processes and equipment utilization, OEE, and downtime reduction.
• Installation and Programming of Equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on all Test and Assembly Equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers on necessary outside repairs and new equipment needs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, operating, & implementing automated equipment & robots.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs.
