    We are seeking dedicated Per Diem Nursing Assistants (LNA/MNA) to provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Your role will be centered around enhancing the quality of life for our residents every day.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Providing direct care and assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting to promote health and independence.
    • Assisting with mobility and functional nursing tasks including transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
    • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and team members to foster a respectful and open communication environment.
    • Assisting with assessments and following care protocols as defined by nursing practice standards.
    • Adhering to infection control guidelines and maintaining a safe care environment.
    • Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or mental states to the Nurse Leader.
    • Encouraging and facilitating resident participation in social and recreational activities.
    • Accurately documenting the care provided and data collection as outlined in individual care plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Active Nursing Assistant license in your state.
    • Preferably, experience working directly with senior citizens.
