- Assuring product, process, and system quality requirements are determined and implemented
- Investigate and resolve machinery, quality, and efficiency issues and error-proofing
- Consistent communication and follow-up with production and customers
- Defining, analyzing and resolving issues effectively and responsibly
- Maintaining records and making sure procedures are followed
- Writing standard work instructions
- Implement manufacturing processes that include Continuous Improvement, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, Process Flow, Corrective Action Process, and Problem Solving Methodologies (5-Why, 8D, etc.)
- Perform and coordinate internal audits/training to ensure continuing compliance with Quality System Standards and the manufacture of safe products

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, preferred
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
- 1+ year of Manufacturing/Quality experience, automotive or metal experience preferred
- Familiarity with AIAG Core Tools, such as APQP, PPAP and pFMEA
- Experience with root cause investigations and CAPAs
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 What's on Offer
- Base Salary, dependent on experience, between $80,000 - $85,000
