    Qualifications

    You Can Be.

    If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you
    5+ years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist; health care experience preferred.
    Strong knowledge of HR related laws and regulations (i

    e:
    FLSA, NLRB, NYS DOL, NYS DOH, etc.). Strong employee relations background and experience, preferably in a union environment.

    Detail oriented, highly organized, flexible with a positive attitude, team player, strong interpersonal skills, good communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.

    Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    SHRM Certification preferred
