    What You Will Do
    • Lead core components of financial reporting and valuation engagements
    • Build and review Excel-based financial models and analyses
    • Interpret and apply technical accounting guidance (ASC 718, ASC 260, ASC 740, IFRS 2)
    • Translate complex topics into clear, client-ready deliverables and presentations
    • Participate in client meetings and manage workstreams end-to-end
    • Mentor junior team members and support internal technical reviews
    What We Are Looking For
    • Typically 4 to 7+ years in public accounting, valuation advisory, consulting, or corporate technical accounting
    • Strong Excel and analytical skills (PowerBI and SAS a plus)
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and evolving workstreams
    • Strong written and verbal communication, with comfort in client-facing work
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related
    • CPA preferred
    Preferred Experience
    • Share-based payment accounting (ASC 718 or IFRS 2)
    • Equity awards (stock options, rTSR, executive or broad-based compensation)
    • EPS (ASC 260) and tax provision (ASC 740)
    • 409A valuations
    • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
