Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Compensation Analyst.
Experience in broad-base compensation.
STI and LTI management.
Workday reporting and analytics.
Exposure to DEI initiatives.
Advance Excel and MS Office.
Executive compensation.

*Private company experience and data visualization a plus.

Location :
On-site, with opportunity for Hybrid or Remote.

This position is a 3 month contract position with the possibility of extension.
