    SUMMARYAs a Ground Support Equipment Project Manager, you will support various programs across Firefly by executing complex infrastructure/ground equipment design and build projects with a team of technical experts, designers, and technicians.

    This includes a variety of tasks including initial cost estimate & schedule generation for a project, vendor management & status updates, project status reviews with senior & corporate leadership, and technical conflict resolution with engineering and manufacturing teams.

    RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate material procurement from purchase request approval through deliveryManage vendors and resolve supply chain issuesAct as liaison between Program, Engineering, Finance, etc.

    Manage & communicate project cost & schedule risksManage small agile teams in concert to execute large, complex projectsResolve technical conflicts/dependencies between design & build disciplinesQUALIFICATIONSRequired5 7 years in project management & executionMS Office (including Excel, Word, Project & Outlook)JIRA/Confluence experienceVendor Management and Contract NegotiationDemonstrate strong sense of urgency and prioritization of internal issues.

    Proven experience working cross functionally and shown ability to influence and communicate across all levels.

    Strong ability to handle and effectively prioritize multiple competing priorities and requestsDesired7-10 years in project management & executionTechnical familiarity with the design and operation of fluid systems and data acquisition/control systemsOdoo ERP/MRP knowledgeITAR experienceFamiliarity with Scrum & Kanban methodologiesExperience as an OEM, Supplier, Contractor, Sub-contractor in Aerospace or Oil & GasExperience in AS9100 environment a plus.
