Overview:
We are St. George House Cleaning A locally operated cleaning company offering reliable and detail-oriented cleaning services to homeowners and short-term rental hosts across the St. George area. We're currently looking to partner with professional, trustworthy, and motivated independent cleaners who are seeking flexible, ongoing subcontracting work.
This is not a traditional W-2 employment role as you'll operate as a 1099 subcontractor, choose jobs that fit your schedule, and get paid per completed clean. We handle client acquisition, booking, and communication while you focus on what you do best: delivering top-quality cleaning results.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential cleanings (standard, deep, move-in/out, and vacation rentals)
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistent service quality
- Communicate professionally and reliably about job arrival and completion
- Handle minor supplies and maintain cleanliness standards on-site
- Respect and protect clients' homes and privacy
Requirements:
- Prior professional cleaning experience (1 year preferred, not required)
- Reliable transportation and valid ID
- Basic cleaning supplies & smartphone
- Ability to work independently and follow job checklists
- Good communication skills and reliability are a must
- Must be able to pass a basic background screening (or provide references)
