With Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, as well as an onsite laboratory and pharmacy, we truly offer complete cancer care, under one roof.

Job Description:

Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Phlebotomy orders by assigned provider
Processing of specimens and sending to appropriate lab as patient insurance dictates
Rooming patients timely for assigned provider
Documentation of appropriate tracking logs, i.e. labs sent, lab cleaning, exam room cleaning/restocking
Chart prep for assigned providers upcoming patients. (Goal: 5 days in advance)
Travel with provider to Crozer/Brinton Lake as schedule dictates
Conduct clinical huddles daily
Completion of tasks in assigned group inboxes
Greet patients utilizing professional customer services
Successful completion of annual competencies

Education/experience

High school/GED diploma
MA Diploma (Certification desired)
Phlebotomy certification
2 years' experience in an outpatient setting

Patient and pleasant personality; works well with a variety of people.
Detail oriented.
Team player.
Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
Interfaces well with staff and physicians.
Professional demeanor.
Pleasant and friendly tone of voice.
Work under minimal supervision and cooperate with other team members.
