Description
Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and document nursing care. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures. Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Education:
An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in nursing from an accredited university or college
[Diploma Required]Additional Qualifications:
Current Indiana Registered Nurse LicenseCPR certification upon hired or within 3 months of employmentACLS certification upon hired or within 1 year of employment.
