We are
expanding our clinical team and seeking a compassionate, mission-driven
Inpatient Psychiatrist
to support adult and geriatric patients in our
32-bed inpatient facility
in Lubbock, Texas.

Compensation & Benefits
$300,000-$350,000

Schedule
Monday–Friday |

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Call:
1 week on / 3 weeks off
Call is
phone-based
Clinical Practice
3–5 psychiatric evaluations daily
Medication management & crisis stabilization
Active collaboration with multidisciplinary team

EMR:
WellSky

Dictation:
Dragon / Dictation Cloud
Strong support staff including
24/7 nursing
and
3 NPs
Requirements
Must work onsite in Lubbock
Eligible for Texas medical license
Experience with adult/geriatric inpatient psychiatry preferred

Physician:
MD or DO
