    Job Title: Associate Account Executive

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Account Executive to join our team. As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, and other means.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify and execute on client growth opportunities within accounts

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent
    • 1-3 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
    • Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of achieving goals
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional communication/verbal skills, especially on the phone
    • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities

    Salary: Base salary + uncapped commission potential.
