We are looking for #Futureshapers who want to positively influence and shape the lives of others as Maintenance Technicians in Madison WI As the Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and upkeep of entire property acting as key liaison between residents and management providing exceptional service maintaining community's value by conducting thorough assessments performing necessary repairs Your role is essential in delivering high quality living experience for residents while upholding standards of propertyResponsibilities
- Complete resident work orders efficiently ensuring timely and high-quality service that complies with company repair and maintenance policies
- Respond promptly to resident requests complaints following up as needed to maintain positive living environment
- Perform variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing electrical repairs painting appliance fixes ensuring all units public areas are well-maintained
- Maintain appearance safety overall condition of property reporting any unusual or concerning circumstances to maintenance supervisor management/li>Clean up thoroughly after completing repairs in occupied vacant apartments ensuring tidy professional work environment/
- Be available off-hours emergency maintenance calls according scheduling ensuring timely responses both resident property emergencies/
- Maintain pools spas cleaning equipment maintenance staying compliant local pool certification requirements
