Responsibilities
Ensuring that the manufacturing process runs smoothly by monitoring and managing the production team.
Overseeing employee productivity and providing guidance and assistance where necessary to ensure that production targets are met.
Planning and organizing the manufacturing process, including the allocation of resources and the development of production schedules.
Monitoring the production process for efficiency and identifying areas for improvement to minimize downtime and increase output.
Conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance.

Ensuring that safety regulations and procedures are followed and that high standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
