The Federal Savings Bank (TFSB) is hiring a Consumer Loan Banker based in the Chicago area to work with our Consumer Loan division.

The Consumer Loan Banker's role is to own the Home Equity origination business. We are looking for candidates who are strongly self-motivated and driven to succeed. This position is based in our Chicago headquarters (Logan Square), and reports to the SVP of Consumer Lending.

Only applicants who reside in the Chicago area at the time of application and can agree to a hybrid office schedule will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Originate Home Equity loans based on leads providedLearn and apply sales techniques through hands-on sales coaching from SVP of Consumer LendingProvide exceptional customer service to clients, referrals, and peersOutbound calling to potential clients and referrals from Mortgage BankersOperate loan origination and automated underwriting softwareBecome an expert at using CRM and lead managementWork alongside like-minded peers in a competitive and lively office environmentConsistently exceed customers' expectations and always provide a 'Wow' experience
