Due to their continued growth, a General Contractor in Savannah GA is seeking Civil Estimator to join their team.

This company self-preforms their Sitework and is looking for someone that has experience in land devolpment for commercial and residential subdivision projects.

The Estimator is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner.
Capable of Building Layout and Interpreting Construction Documents
Coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers, Building Owners, and City Officials
Basic Computer Skills and Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, outlook, Microsoft project, adobe)
Material Deliveries
Knowledge of Sitework/Earthwork for Commercail and light industrial projects.
You will provide feedback to Project Managers for use in future bidding or negotiations, especially subcontractor performance evaluations.
