When working at the Fitness Front Desk of Bonita Bay Club you will be working in our 3-story Lifestyle Center with 20,000 square feet dedicated to exercise featuring wall-to-wall Technogym equipment.
You will flow between Front Desk 1 and Front Desk 2 duties.Front desk 1 is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk greeting members and their guests answering phone calls booking personal training appointments and billing for the services.
This role is very dynamic and fast-paced.In the Front Desk 2 role you are responsible for keeping the exercise floor clean and free of clutter You may be asked to tour members through the center or answer questions regarding the machines A major part of Front Desk 2 includes doing laundry wiping down equipment and cleaning the fitness studios.
