• Retail BrandWest Palm Beach, FL$120,000 150,000 + BonusMy client is a rapidly expanding retail brand that is popping up all over the US Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Construction PM to help with all their new openings.

This role will be based in Florida however, there will be travel involved as they look to expand all across the USKey Responsibilities:
Store construction project management in a demanding retail environmentOversee & manage all new store constructionWork alongside Real Estate team to secure key locationsDevelop relationships of existing suppliers and seek out new suppliersMultiple task delivery of shop fitting and financial controlEnsure all legislative requirements fulfilled (H&S, building approval etc)

Key Requirements:
