Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage field staff contracts, maximizing labor cost efficiency and minimizing overtime.
Achieve branch field staff recruiting goals by managing recruiting activities effectively.
Supervise daily operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure patient satisfaction through excellent service, communication, and regular visits.
Direct and supervise the
Scheduler/Recruiter
and office admin, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain office staff by recruiting, coaching, training, and conducting performance appraisals.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including participating in marketing events and maintaining professional and technical knowledge.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position manages all non-clinical employees of the branch and is responsible for performance management and hiring within the branch.
Work Environment:
Operated in a professional office environment, this role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, requiring long hours, weekend work, some travel within the State of Texas, and after-hour availability.
Travel:
Travel is primarily local within the DFW and Austin area, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected.
Requirements
Preferred Education and Experience:
Two to four-year degree
Management and recruiting experience, preferably in pediatric home health care
Strong communication skills
Experience in coaching, training, and customer service
Ethical business practice and adherence to policies and procedures
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
Ability to interpret financial metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
