About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its global growth and influence in the field of educational equity and teacher development. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and executing a multi-year growth strategy, driving organizational innovation, and expanding the company's impact into new geographies and partnerships. This role requires a visionary, globally minded executive with a proven track record in scaling mission-driven organizations, particularly in the United States and the Global South. The CEO will also be tasked with serving as the principal ambassador for the company, leading diversified revenue strategies, and strengthening financial resilience through strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic vision and growth, external relations and resource development, leadership and organizational development, financial and operational oversight, and governance and accountability. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years' of senior leadership experience in a non-profit organization, with a strong background in institutional and major-donor fundraising. They should be adept at balancing philanthropic and earned-revenue business models, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of cross-cultural operations and global development.
