    Our client at LHH is searching for an HR Manager to join their team in the Columbus, OH area. Candidates that would make a great fit have experience and comfortability with handling difficult or sensitive situations and have a desire to assist in maintaining a positive culture/environment. This is a full-time position that would be directly reporting to the HR Director on an in-office or hybrid schedule.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conflict resolution/mediation
    • Policy creation and implementation
    • Assisting with DEI efforts and leading/organizing various ERG's
    • Utilizing various software for processes such as benefits, payroll, ATS, HRIS

    Qualifications:

    • 4 Years' Leadership Experience
    • Bachelors in HR, SHRM a plus
    • Experience with investigations

    ** 360 HR duties a plus: Acquisition, Onboarding, Development, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance/Legal, Employee Relations

    This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $70,000 to $90,000 and benefits may include 401k, PTO, medical, dental & vision.

    Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
