Position Summary:

The Business and IT Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of a pivotal project, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

This role involves managing both the technical and business aspects of the project, including budget, time constraints, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, covering all stages from conception to completion.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project resources, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including risks, issues, and potential delays.
• Maintain budgetary oversight, ensuring the project remains within financial constraints.
• Facilitate effective communication across project teams and with senior management.
• Ensure adherence to all compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement change management strategies to drive project success and adoption.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Retain the project-documented repository, communications, and updates
• Manage all change controls

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a project manager at a healthcare company, hospital, or health plan environment
• Experience managing business or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements with CMS & DMHC.
• Experience with managing documentation hygiene or creating knowledgebased articles or KB articles null
