Position Summary
Support patients in the Physician clinic under provider supervision. Ensure continuity and coordination of care in the outpatient setting for adolescents and adults.
Minimum Qualifications
For New hires: Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment. CPR certification is mandatory.
Certification courses must meet Memorial Medical Center standards.
Medical Assistant II will need to cross-train as a Front Office Representative, handle Prior Authorizations, Surgery Scheduling, and train other clinical support staff.
