    Mesa Springs, a behavioral hospital in Fort Worth, TX, is on the lookout for a licensed Therapist to join their team. If you're passionate about making a difference in Peoples Lives, this full-time position with a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8AM to 5PM at the Arlington location may be perfect for you.     As a key member of the clinical services team at Mesa Springs, you'll contribute to the hospital's mission of Changing Peoples Lives.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services like group, individual, and family therapy for patients dealing with psychiatric and substance abuse challenges.
    • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create personalized care plans.
    • Ensure accurate and prompt documentation of patient information.

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a Masters degree in social work or counseling, or possess the necessary state licensure.
    • Meet State Licensure requirements
    • Obtain CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of starting employment

    Prior Experience:

    • Demonstrated experience working with patients facing psychiatric and chemical dependency challenges.
