    • What a Day Looks LikeNo two days are the same — and that's what makes it so special.
    Start your morning assigning staff to classrooms
    Review nursing documentation for quality and compliance
    Greet families and children as they arrive
    Support nurses and aides with interventions and daily activities
    Collaborate with physicians on orders and care plans
    Assist with infection tracking and chart audits
    Educate staff and families on medical needs
    Help organize fun events like fall carnivals or even petting zoos
