The Grants Manager will provide coordination for the Population Research Institute for Science and Medicine programs including the summer intensive six-day institute webinar series and extended mentoring programs Scholars and Champions this position will also assist with data collection and the preparation of annual progress reports and other deliverables for the project PRISM is a research training and mentorship program for early career faculty conducted with support from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences goals are to enhance readiness of early career faculty to conduct community engaged biomedical research webinars are held throughout year on research-related topics available to Institute participants other faculty across U S The Grants Manager will also support Robert Wood Johnson Foundation s Health Equity Research for Action HERA Coordinating Center this position will support advise HERA Coordinating Center team investigators funded through center coordinate administrative financial compliance grant activities subaward agreements reporting deadlines communication funded investigators work closely OSP Project Director Administrative Research Coordinator ensure timely submission progress financial reports prepare submit maintain Institutional Review Board IRB protocols amendments renewals ensure research activities comply human subjects protections regulatory requirements attend regular weekly bi-weekly monthly meetings PRISM HERA teams ensure PRISM participants complete web-based evaluation surveys assess satisfaction effectiveness educational mentorship components prepare table narrative summaries evaluation findings collaborate Data Manager Administrative Research Coordinator assist planning coordination PRISM research training mentorship program components collaboration leadership team document management instructional design maintenance learning management platform facilitation communication logistical needs faculty mentors institute participants events tracking participation participate debriefing meeting PRISM leadership team provide feedback suggest additional content future programming participate planning guidance request proposal processes content serve application review team assess applications grant human subjects compliance work potential funded investigators develop proposals reflect key grant management components human subjects protections work CDU OSP IRB teams ensure awards meet required grant human subjects protections requirements administrative support facilitate Institute functions attend staff meetings unit meetings events related RWJF HERA CDU functions as needed represent PRISM HERA external meetings perform duties assignedQualifications/Requirements:
