    The Electrical Planner / Project Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating projects and planned maintenance activities within the Technical Services (Engineering) organization. The Planner / Coordinator have a strong understanding of industrial electrical safety, standards, and best practices and their application to new and upgrade projects and planned testing and maintenance tasks. The Planner Coordinator works with site engineering, operations, and safety to priorities activities of both in-house electrical and contract resources.

    This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
    • Organize and plan preventive maintenance activities for electrical equipment and infrastructure.
    • Work with SAP team to schedule planned work to align with shutdown windows and availability of resources.
    • Work with technical and operations groups in planning for planned site shutdown activities.
    • Provide field oversite of inhouse and contract maintenance and project activities.
    • Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA70E, and other regulatory and company standards.
    • Ensure electrical equipment safety, reliability, and serviceability are part of electrical activities.
    • Ensure that all documentation is complete and compliant with cGMP requirements.
    • Monitor compliance of site portable equipment testing by onsite contract service provider.
    • Document electrical power system spare parts requirements and work with site stores team to update store provisioning.
    • Participate in investigations, root cause analysis, meetings, presentations, audits, and inspections.


    Why you?

    Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
    • Electrical license, certification, or degree
    • 8 years of Industrial Electrical Experience


    Preferred Qualifications:

    If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
    • Experience in design, installation, testing, and maintenance of industrial electrical power systems - (LV and MV).
    • Versed in application of NEC standards.
    • Knowledge in application of NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety).
    • Experience working with electrical skilled trades.
    • Project engineering or construction experience.
