    Russell Tobin is working with an internationally leading AEC firm to add to their growing team We are looking for an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer who can be based in any of the west coast offices, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, or Seattle.     Compensation: $103,100-$154,700

    Shift: 1st Hybrid Work Environment

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and internal engineers
    • Produce detailed design drawings, electronic models, specifications, and written reports
    • Coordinate with utility companies and obtain necessary electrical permit approvals
    • Manage technical and financial proposals for new work
    • Mentor junior Electrical Engineers and manage workload of Project Discipline Engineers and Technicians
    • Take responsibility for concept and preliminary engineering solutions
    • Prepare Technical Specifications and monitor financial performance of jobs
    • Ensure practices, policies, and services represent clients best interests and comply with legislation and building codes
    • Plan, organize, and manage personal workload to meet deadlines and client commitments
    • Requirements6+ years of Electrical Engineering experience
    • Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
    • PE (or ability to obtain)
    • Strong experience with Revit
    • Proven ability to interface with external clients

    Benefits:

    • Salary range of $103,100 to $154,700. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
