General Description:
Responsible for assisting in the functional support of OU Health HR systems through design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, security, reporting, and training.
This position will achieve success as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders by maintaining and enhancing the HR system, identifying process efficiencies, troubleshooting system issues, preserving data integrity, and complying with security expectations.
Essential Responsibilities:

Functional Expert in HRIS System experienced in implementations, configuration, business process optimizations, testing, reporting, and post go live support.
Engages in HRIS initiatives by assisting with business requirements gathering, business process review and configuration, project management, design, testing, training, documentation development, and communication.
Creates, troubleshoots, and maintains documentation pertaining to HCM security, organizational structures, business processes, tasks, notifications, configurations, integrations, business processes, and security.
Reviews and audits HR data on a regular basis to ensure integrity in systems, processing, compliance and reporting.Assists in the development and maintenance of training materials, in collaboration with other HR work streams, to lead training efforts for HRIS technologies.
Design and configuration of HRIS modules such as, but not limited to, Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, TalentAssists in the maintenance of procedures in support of system changes.
Assists in the creation of reports and providing data analysis, data mining, statistical techniques and industry benchmarking to identify organizational trends.
Troubleshoot, research, and support HRIS tickets.Identifies system opportunities and risk through proactive research of current and future HRIS industry trends.
Proactively seeks out process improvement opportunities for their business process.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. A degree in Computer Science, MIS, Human Resources Management, or other related field is preferred.
Experience:
Two years of HRIS experience inclusive of Project Management and HR experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations
Required:
Workday Pro certification or ability to obtain certification within 2 years required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic understanding of HR processes, process flow and data.
Basic understanding and experience in HRMS such as Workday, Paycom, PeopleSoft, Lawson, ADP, etc.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite; strong MS Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other complex formulas and functions) preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem solving and implementation with attention to detail.Ability to apply logic and reason to investigate system issues to root cause.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills within all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution Ability to work effectively in a fast-past environment and handle daily planned and unplanned operational activities both independently and in a team environment.
