- Administration of employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, disability, life and retirement plans
- Development and implementation of benefit communication strategies, benefit programs, and policies
- Supports on large scale projects such as implementations of systems, benefit plans' and annual open enrollment.
- Maintains/updates benefit plan legal documentation, as required
- Bbenefit operational support and benefit escalations from plan participants and HR Representatives.
- Lead compliance projects and related reporting, such as annual retirement plan audits, Form 5500s, Summary Annual Reports, PBGC, Non-discrimination testing, ACA, 1094 and 1095-C filings.
- Financial reconciliation and processing of monthly invoicing.
- Support other projects within the area of Total Rewards
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business,
- A minimum of 1 year of benefits experience
- Understanding of compliance requirements, and federal and state regulations
- Excellent computer skills required including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as comfort working within HR Information Systems (HRIS) a plus
