Greenspire is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician.

Greenspire has been the premier apartment community in Portage Michigan for over 45 years. Nestled between 104 acres of State Game Area, it features 700 apartment homes, community amenities and a staff that create a community to promote our promise that our residents will love living at Greenspire.

The primary focus of this position will be to perform general maintenance and repairs of Greenspire buildings, equipment and grounds.

Responsibilities

Maintains and repairs buildings and equipment
Performs groundskeeping activities for the upkeep of the community
Participates in emergency call rotation
Resolve or report safety issues to supervisor
Other duties as required

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Availability to fulfill scheduled hours to include seven day per week during snow season
Perform a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time
Valid driver's license and meet drivers insurance requirements
Must pass pre-employment drug screen, and background check
