Safety Training & Compliance Specialist supports ProVia's commitment to workplace safety by developing, coordinating, and delivering safety training programs across all ProVia manufacturing facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Deliver OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour Outreach Training in accordance with OSHA requirements for General Industry.
- Conduct safety training programs including First Aid CPR/AED Bloodborne Pathogens Annual refresher and job-specific safety training Support ProVia's VPP participation including employee involvement hazard prevention and safety training requirements Develop update and help maintain safety training materials presentations and curriculum aligned with OSHA and VPP standards Maintain accurate auditable training records certifications documentation Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to identify needs address risks Assist with JSAs hazard assessments observations on production floor Support incident investigations assist in identifying corrective preventive actions Participate in committees audits activities Promote proactive employee-engaged culture consistent values Remain current on regulations principles best practices Perform additional EHS duties assigned Work at multiple locations Sugarcreek OH Performs other related tasks as needed.
