- Handling multiple screens and systems efficiently to provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on achieving one-call resolution for all inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively address employee needs.
- Proficiency in navigating various software applications and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in HR support roles or customer service is preferred but not required.
