Our corporate offices are located in Dublin, CA. We offer a flexible/hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home.

We have experienced significant growth in the last 4 years and are looking for a Senior Accountant to help us organize and sustain that growth. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will participate in accounting operations and the financial planning & analysis functions. Responsibilities include managing payables & receivables, participating in month end close, supporting the preparation of budgets, updating forecasts and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in a strong sustainable internal control environment.

Responsibilities to include

Month-end close accounting responsibilities; prepare general ledger schedules, reconciliations, and journal entries in accordance with Corporate Policies and Procedures.
Process Payables and Receivables using and Netsuite
Identify process and systems related opportunities within the general ledger accounting function and lead implementation of changes to drive scalability, efficiency, and productivity.
Supports year-end audit, and schedule requests of external auditors.
Compiles monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.
Maintains financial and key performance indicator reports.
Updates monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.
Assists with preparation of the Annual Operating Plan and 3-Year forecasts.
Ad Hoc projects and analyses.

Your Experience includes

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
CPA strongly preferred
Public accounting experience preferred
3 to 5+ years recent experience in a similar role
Experience with NetSuite and a plus
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Highly detailed oriented and organized in work
Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills, business knowledge, collaborative problem solving, judgment, and initiative
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
Quick learner with ability to achieve successful results with limited supervision. Attention to detail is critical.

Base Salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $125,000.00 and $135,000.00 dollars depending upon experience.
