Deaconess Associations Incorporated is seeking a Home Healthcare Services Executive to lead Summit Home Care.

The Position

Reporting to the Governing Board, Deaconess Associations Incorporated (DAI), the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Summit Home Care will provide strategic leadership that the organization needs to ensure its ongoing growth and success which contributes to the overall success of DAI. The executive will have accountability for the leadership, growth and oversight of the overall business, strategy and operations while providing inspiration company-wide. Accountable for preparing, implementing, and obtaining board approval of fiscal activities including planning, budgeting, goal setting, reporting and auditing. The CEO will foster a results-oriented internal environment that responds quickly to take advantage of opportunities in the changing marketplace, promotes great performance and positive morale while setting ethical standards that are above reproach.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; Master's degree and/or Clinical Degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in healthcare management within a home health setting.
• Deep knowledge of industry and markets of the company; built relationships to promote growth
• An energetic leader who is able to build trusting, collaborative, and effective relationships with key stakeholders and is able to effectively represent Summit Home Care in all settings.
• Visionary, strategic, forward-thinking, and knowledgeable of trends in home care industry.
• A positive change agent, one that is reassuring to staff during a time of significant change.
• Transparent, visible, highly engaged leader with the ability to inspire, challenge, and motivate others to achieve common goals; the ability to gain trust, credibility, loyalty, and respect.
