Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis – every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.
About This Role
At Compass Health Center, we believe continuous learning is key to delivering exceptional care. As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating meaningful growth experiences for staff across all levels—from onboarding new hires to supporting clinical and leadership development programs. You'll manage our LMS, coordinate with facilitators and subject matter experts, organize engaging training events, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth execution This primarily remote position is based in Illinois, with the expectation of facilitating learning experiences at Compass Illinois sites several times per year. Additionally, this role includes national travel to regional Compass locations during new site launches, which occur 1-2 times per year Our Learning & Development team works behind the scenes to bring our shared mission to life—empowering our clinicians to focus on what they do best: delivering life-changing care. In this role, you'll collaborate with departments across the organization and help shape a culture of learning that supports every employee's success What You'll Do Learning Systems & Operations- Serve as the day-to-day administrator of Docebo, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and a strong learner experience
- Manage course uploads, assignments, enrollments, and completion tracking
- Maintain training records and run reports to monitor progress and compliance
- Provide frontline LMS support and troubleshoot learner issues
- Maintain L&D SharePoint resources and basic training metrics
- Own the L&D training calendar and schedule all sessions
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and instructor-led programs
- Manage registrations, reminders, and attendance tracking
- Serve as the operational lead for onboarding and leadership development coordination
- Monitor the L&D inbox and respond to training requests
- Facilitate LMS 101 sessions and deliver non-clinical onboarding as needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, LMS administration, or training support
- Preferred: Prior experience using a Learning Management System
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced remote environment, demonstrating strong initiative, communication, and follow-through
