Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive cost reduction.
Collaborate with a team of maintenance and process technicians, managers, and engineers.
Spearhead the installation and optimization of new automation equipment.
Reduce project setup times for new products and implement a process monitoring system.
Oversee the setup and operation of new extrusion lines.
Contribute to the implementation of a new ERP system (IFS), focusing on data management.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles; ideally 5+ years.
Hands-on experience in a production environment, with a preference for Lean Six Sigma certification.
Background in plastics manufacturing (injection molding/extrusion) preferred, but open to related industries.
Engineering degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
Proficiency in commissioning, implementing, and troubleshooting CAPEX projects.
