    Business Analyst II

    Overview

    A Business Analyst II helps implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.

    Roles & Responsibilities
    Provide analysis for new features or functions and bugs for IT products
    Elicit requirements from business units
    Work with the Product owners and Technical teams to develop solutions to solve business problems
    Author requirement specification documents that provide detailed and clear direction for development, operations, and quality assurance teams to follow
    Simplify and communicate business requirements to all levels of the organization
    Define, implement, evaluate, and refine product training materials
    Provide expert-level support for IT Products

    Knowledge & Skills

    Basic Qualifications
    Good verbal and written communication skills
    Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
    Ability to work collaboratively across business units and teams around the world (Some foreign travel required)
    Ability to prioritize and organize workload
    4-8 years of professional experience
    Pursuing or completed a BS, or equivalent professional experience
    Preferred Qualifications
    Experience in Project Management
    Foreign Language skills
