    The ideal candidate will deploy and practice global account strategy in conjunction with Management in order to achieve aims and objectives set for the business.


    Nature of Duties:
    DevelopAccountsManage existing customersEnsure customer expectations are clearly understood, communicated and metSanminas operations teams and the customers teams are well coordinatedInsure the best business practices are applied to benefit our customersDrive communication with existing customers, participate in QBRs, develop customer strategies, and solve problemsDevelop and strengthen relationships with all levels of customer managementIdentify and implement opportunities to improve service and grow revenueWork with the customer for timely payments, work through E&O issues, and other out of scope charges/costsDevelop relationships with customer engineering teams to learn of new opportunitiesExpand Sanminas market share with existing customersDrive Regional Growth with New CustomersDevelop business plan to identify all opportunities for IFS in the North America regionAccountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenue targetsBe familiar with the local market, customers and opportunitiesDevelop a professional network to help provide identify and pursue opportunitiesTarget customers, develop relationships, assess opportunities and win new businessHelp to define and support SVA improvement actions defined and committed by the operations/account teamsWork with Quote teams to coordinate quotation activity on new business opportunitiesSupport preparation of proposals, meetings and other activities targeted at customer opportunitiesEducation and Experience:BA or BS qualified or equivalent10+ years in EMS Sales or Equivalent RoleKnowledge of CM/EMS industry with background in Manufacturing with an understanding of global Supply ChainsExcellent MS Office skillsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skillsExperience working with vast remote cross-functional teams in large matrix organizationsStrong project manager with excellent ability to prioritize, multitask and organizeSanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity#J-18808-Ljbffr
