Please ask about our generous referral fees Position Overview:We are seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Thoracic Surgeon to join our expanding team in the Greater Phoenix area. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice a full scope of non-cardiac thoracic surgery alongside two highly skilled cardiothoracic surgeons. The selected candidate will play a key role in further developing a high-volume, well-respected thoracic surgery program. Position Highlights:Full-time, employed role Join a thriving group of two experienced cardiothoracic surgeonsWell-established referral base from Biltmore Cardiology, one of the largest cardiovascular practices in the regionSupported by a stable, experienced, and multidisciplinary staffOpportunity to contribute to the growth, strategy, and vision of a physician-led, collaborative group Facility Resources Comprehensive cardiovascular services including coronary and peripheral interventions, EP services, cardiovascular labs, and vein ablationsState-of-the-art surgical suites equipped with advanced technologyDedicated Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) InstituteSupported by a five-hospital networkNationally recognized acute care hospital with designations as:
    • Accredited Chest Pain Center
    • Primary Stroke Center
    • Shorter ER wait times commitment
