    Job Summary

    This position leads the operations of a grooming salon, achieving targeted goals and driving results to grow the business. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, training staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain regular attendance and adapt to varied work hours.
    • Support selling initiatives by engaging with customers and advising on products or services.
    • Perform a combination of duties, including managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, safety checklists, and audits.
    • Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members, ensuring timely completion of training requirements.
    • Partner with Store Manager to drive salon growth, communicate effectively with associates and customers, and provide professional development for team members.
    • Provide exceptional pet handling, demonstrating professionalism, equipment handling, and maintenance skills.
    • Enforce and follow all salon policies and procedures.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience: 2+ years in the grooming industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Working Conditions:

    • Work in a favorable environment with moderate noise levels.
    • Exposed to wet conditions, sharp grooming instruments, and pets.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Non-sedentary position requiring physical stamina and ability to move quickly and safely.
    • Ability to lift and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Stand and maintain a stationary position for up to 8 hours while grooming animals.
