You will lead our Counseling and Mental Health Services focused on integrative health, ensuring the highest quality clinical care for our community members.

    The Clinical Program Manager of Clinical Services will champion our mission and values, building effective relationships both inside and outside the organization to inspire others to action. California clinician licensure is essential, as well as experience in trauma treatment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of mental health counseling services to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
    • Ensure all program contract requirements are met and maintain regular contact with county contract monitors.
    • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement new supportive programs.
    • Effectively communicate with community partners and address client concerns regarding service delivery in coordination with the Senior Director of Clinical Services.
    • Attend supervision, departmental, and agency staff meetings, as well as participate in assigned training.

    Requirements:

    • California licensure as Psychologist is required.
    • Strong understanding of trauma-focused interventions and trauma-informed practices.
