    Description

    Job Title: Data Engineer

    Role Summary


    As a Clinical Analyst, you will assist a;; areas pf the organization in making accurate, fact-based decision utilizing data and analytics.

    You will analyse, implement and maintain computer applications, procedures and other systems that satisfy the needs of the end-user departments.



    Duties and Responsibilities


    • Strong knowledge and experience in HL7 and SQL preferred.
    • Shares on-call duties with other individuals within Information Services.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of and support mission, value statements, standards, policies and procedures.
    • Has working knowledge of software modules of the HIS and hardware troubleshooting.
    • Stays current with updates in technology.

    Qualifications and Skills


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare or related field.

    Essential Physical Abilities/Motor Skills


    • Able to travel independently to other facilities.
    • Basic computer skills including MS Windows and/or PC's, thin clients, printers and understanding of general technical concepts in Healthcare Information Management.
