Full-time on-site role for a

Transactional Quality Analyst responsible for conducting quality control checks on transactions, and ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

The role involves closely monitoring and analyzing transactional data to identify areas for improvement and implementing quality assurance processes.

Goal for this position is to take ownership of the warehouse scanning/ bar code process, reduce backlogs, improve training of warehouse team, function as advocate for process adoption, and address/ troubleshoot/ log errors.

You will work closely with warehouse and IT team to improve the user experience.

Qualifications

Experience with pickpack/ scanning/ barcode scanners or related systems a strong plus

Analytical Skills, including the ability to

analyze transactional data and identify trends or patterns

Quality Control Skills , with experience in conducting quality checks and ensuring adherence to standards

Experience in the

manufacturing industry is a plus

Experience with

Great Plains ERP and Korber is a plus

Skills

Effective Communication Skills, both verbal and written, to provide feedback and recommendations

Quality Assurance Knowledge, with the ability to implement quality assurance processes and procedures

Quality Management Experience, including the ability to develop and improve quality control systems

Attention to Detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in transactional analysis

Problem-Solving Skills, to identify and address issues in transactional processes
