** Server Assistant- ChopHouse**

**POSITION PURPOSE** : **Set up and clear tables, stock all garnishes and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Ensure all menu items are prepared to specifications, tray items and bring to server stations.** - Set up all garnishes for dishes, set up trays and stock bread.

Stock all needed china.

Promptly and efficiently reset tables

Maintain stock of china, bowls and silver.

Responsible for setting up/breaking down station, at the beginning and end of shift.

Sets and arranges tables per reservations throughout the shift.

Performs other duties as requested and assist with special guest requests, to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Maintains communication between servers and kitchen associates.

Maintain ticket times.

Assist with private functions.

Removes all dirty dishes from dining/bar area.
