    Job Title: Nursing Supervisor


    We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse to oversee the care of our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all nursing staff members provide high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and clean environment.



    Job Description:


    The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering superior patient outcomes.


    • Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
    • Establish a supportive environment by providing guidance to residents & families
    • Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests in a timely manner



    • Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
    • Able to work effectively as part of interprofessional teams with excellent collaboration skills , Strong positive role model with ability to motivate others


      The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills allowing them focus on operational tasks when needed . Familiarity EHR prescribing programs . Excellent written verbal communication expertise Basic computer literacy also essential , giving comfort through clarity during reports meetings strongly encourage following policy procedures always result ongoing growth development personal/professional wisdom.S
